I Don't Run Away From Responsibilities: PM Modi

On Friday, PM Modi outlined the steps that his government had taken to improve the lives of people.
Addressing the HT Summit he said, “I do not run away from responsibilities.”
Talking about giving the development a push he said, "There are 112 districts in the country that had remained India’s most backward because they had been ignored by successive governments."

He further said that the previous govt places weak govt officials in these areas, therefore, it didn't develop.
They made promises and announcements before elections without bothering to implement them, he said.
