MK Stalin greets Uddhav Thackeray as Maha CM, hails Pawar's role
On Thursday, MK Stalin landed in Mumbai for the swearing-in of the new government in Maharashtra.
He greeted the new CM Uddhav Thackeray with a shawl.
He was accompanied by DMK parliamentary party leader and former Union minister T R Baalu.
Stalin also expressed the hope that the new Government will work closely with Tamils in Maharashtra to "ensure their safety and progress within the state."
Mr. Stalin in a separate message from Mumbai also hailed the role of NCP leader Sharad Pawar, who played a crucial role in forging opposition unity in Maharashtra.
