Sibal's taunted Modi government- Was politics on 370 more important than clean air?

Congress leader Kapil Sibal has strongly condemned the Narendra Modi government for the pollution which reached dangerous levels in Delhi-NCR.
He tweeted, "Was the politics behind article 370 more important than our right to breathe in the air?"
The Supreme Court also has become stricter after pollution has reached its fatal level, the court asked the central government to prepare a road map for the installation of air purifier towers.
Let us tell you, that in the last few days the air quality index of Delhi-NCR has been recorded at 500 and above.
In many places in Delhi-NCR, the PM 2.5 level in the air quality index has gone above 700.
