Kirron Kher lays stone of two modern community centres
- MP Kirron Kher today laid the foundation stone of modern community centres in Sector 21 and Ram Darbar here today.
- These centres are being reconstructed after dismantling the old structures.
- These community centres will be the best of its kind in the city covering 20,552 sq ft area in Sector 21 and 18,413 sq ft in Ram Darbar.
- These would be constructed at a cost of approximately Rs 5.80 crore in Sector 21 and Rs 5.29 crore in Ram Darbar.
- Kher asked the councillors to get the bylaws amended so that religious functions could also be allowed in community centres.
