Mamata Banerjee Rescued Injured Woman

On Wednesday, CM Mamata Banerjee helped a young woman who was injured and was sitting on the Durgapur Bridge.
This happened when Mamata Banerjee was returning from a function when she spotted Shubhra Das and asked the driver to stop her car.
Banerjee got off from her car and met the woman, she later inquired about the nearest hospital.

She also waited till the police picked up the woman and sent her to hospital,” said an IPS officer.
This is not the first time Banerjee had rescued a person in distress and sent them to hospitals.
