Pune will never disappoint me: Chandrakant Patil

  • State BJP chief and revenue minister Chandrakant Patil said that he is confident and determined to contest from the Kothrud constituency in Pune.

  • Speaking for the first time on the issue after his candidature was declared, Patil said that no other knows the streets of Kothrud better than him.

  • Patil was accompanying BJP’s Kolhapur South candidate Amal Mahadik to the district collectorate to file nominations.

  • Patil’s name has rocked the vote bank, with the Bramhan Mahasangh openly revolting against it.

  • Even BJP’s own leaders Medha Kulkarni and Murlidhar Mohol, who left no stone unturned to land the ticket for Kothrud, were disappointed.
