CM Palaniswami praises PM for invoking Tamil poet Kaniyan Poongunranar at UN.
Talking to reporters in Salem, the CM said that the speech was something to be proud of for Tamils.
At the United Nations, Modi had invoked Sangam-era poet Kaniyan Poongundranar’s verses ‘yathum oore, yavarum kelir’.
He said the BJP and AIADMK would work together in the bypolls in Vikravandi and Nanguneri constituencies.
On the Neet impersonation, EPS said that the state government would be cautious in the future to prevent a repeat of the issue.
