Don't Misuse Caste to Save Yourself: BJP on Vokkaliga Protest

BJP leaders of Karnataka questioned the attempts to give a 'caste angle' to the protest of the Vokkaliga community against the arrest of DK Shivakumar.
Talking about DK Shivakumar BJP MP Shobha Karandlaje said that one should not misuse caste or religion to save themselves from unlawful activities.
Another BJP state leader CT Ravi asked the community to ponder about their decision of supporting DK Shivakumar.

Ravi who himself is a Vokkaliga leader said that the community should idolize stalwarts like Shantaveri Gopala Gowda and Kuvempu.
