Cordial environment should be promoted in force, said Pinarayi Vijayan

Thursday, Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan held a meeting with top police officials and the representatives of all police associations over the report showing data of police officers suicide.
Having concern over the matter CM said that senior officers and their subordinates should enjoy a healthy environment so that the mental pressure can be reduced.
While having a professional approach senior officers should also consider the problems of their subordinates, he further added.
"If there is unity and a cordial atmosphere, even personal issues can be resolved," CM said.
Vijayan also suggested that personal or family issues can be brought in the consideration of the district police chief to resolve them.
