Governor pays tributes to YSR

State Governor Biswa Bhusan Harichandan paid rich tributes to Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy, late Chief Minister of united A.P. and father of CM Jaganmohan Reddy, on his tenth death anniversary. In a statement, the Governor said Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy was a people's leader as he was very much close to people's hearts. Governor Harichandan said that he was empathetic to people's problems and pioneered launching several welfare schemes for uplifting poor people.

The Governor said the welfare schemes inspired other leaders motivating them to launch similar schemes across the country as well as by other state governments. The Governor said late Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy will be forever remembered as people's leader who devoted his life for the cause of welfare of poor people.
