An NRI woman, living in Brunei, Indira Arige joined TRS party in the presence of deputy Speaker of Telangana Assembly T Padma Rao Goud here on Friday. Indira, earlier a resident of Sitaphalmandi, settled in Brunei after marriage. She has been working as a software developer in Brunei. Recently, she came to India on vacation and got attracted by the welfare-oriented governance of CM KCR and decided to join TRS party.

Similarly, she was attracted by the developmental activities done for the last five years by the deputy Speaker in Secunderabad constituency and expressed her wish to Padma Rao Goud to join the party. On Friday, Speaking on the occasion, Padma Rao expressed his happiness over an NRI joining the party and said that people from different sections of the society were evincing interest to join the party. Indira Arige, speaking on the occasion, said that she would work along with Padma Rao Goud who was a people's leader for developing the constituency. She also welcomed various measures initiated by CM KCR for transforming the state into a golden Telangana.
