Mamata hits back after Dilip Ghosh's 'generations will disappear' remark

While responding to yesterday's fervid speech by BJP state president Dilip Ghosh, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee today said, "Those remarks were meant to shock the populace. Those who newly taste power think they can achieve success by shocking the populace. But we have always fought against this practice. We have always fought while staring the barrel of the gun. How will you shock us?"
The Chief Minister was attending an event organised on the occasion of the foundation day of Trinamool's student wing. There, without directly naming Ghosh, she responded to his speech yesterday that had sparked up a controversy in the state.
