The Haryana Pradesh Congress Committee, chief, Ashok Tanwar, today criticised the BJP government and said the saffron party has has failed on all the fronts in the state. He was addressing a gathering during a “Satta Parivartan Samaroh” in Barara. Tanwar said, “People of Haryana had given their blessings to the BJP in the last Assembly election, but it failed to fulfill its promises. The ‘Jan Ashirwad Yatra’ of the Chief Minister is a flop show as people have not turned up, while the party workers are fighting.”

Accusing the CM of misusing the government machinery, Tanwar said, “It was not Jan Ashirwad Yatra but ‘Ticket Kato Yatra’. He has been assessing the leaders to whom the ticket should be given in the Assembly polls. Instead of addressing important issues, including unemployment, economic slowdown and crisis in farm sector. The BJP is telling people about patriotism only. Corruption is rampant and no action has been taken against illegal mining.”
