Former Punjab Revenue Minister Bikram Singh Majithia today recorded his statement in defamation case against AAP leader and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh.
Thereafter, the court of judicial magistrate Etu Sodhi adjourned the case till August 20. The defence lawyer will cross examination Majithia on the next date of hearing. Sanjay Singh was not present during the hearing. His personal presence was exempted by court.
