In the Twitter message, Andrew Fleming tweeted that 'A chance for a further discussion with CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy prior to departing for RGIA, Hyderabad at lunchtime.
This allowed a more detailed insight of his plans of his ambitious plans for education & healthcare and an opportunity for me to expand on the UK and India #TechPartnership & our Prosperity work'.
