Inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Mann Ki Baat, state Chief Minister Vijay Rupani will soon hold a monthly interaction with citizens along the same lines.
In fact, he's taking it a step further to allow people to air their views on governance and will ensure there is a channel for feedback from people from all walks of life on how to improve administration and development in the state.
Titled Mann ni Moklaash Mukhya Mantri Saathe (speaking from your heart to the Chief Minister), the conversations will be held once a month at the CM's official residence.
At a press conference held in Gandhinagar, Deputy Chief Minister Nitin Patel said CM Rupani is looking forward to suggestions or complaints about development schemes implemented by the state. "The meetings will be held once a month, but if needed, they can be held twice in the same month too," said Patel.
