AP govt to host summit to attract investments on Aug 9

In an effort to attract investments after coming into power, the YSRCP government is hosting an investment summit in Vijayawada on August 9. The event is conducted in coordination with the Ministry of External Affairs, which will be attended by ambassadors, diplomats, Consul-Generals and other representatives.
The Ministry has already sent invitations to 30 to 40 countries across the world. In this context, the representatives from 26 countries will participate in the conference. Recently, CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's government has passed a bill to provide 75% of employment opportunities to locals in industries and companies in the state.
