The Meghalaya Government has notified the allocation of districts to the Cabinet Ministers for undertaking a systematic and periodical review of the various flagship programs. These programmes are, MGNREGS, PMAY, NSAP, SSA, MDM, ICDS, NHM, NRDWP, TSC/SBM, PMGSY, AIBP/PMKSY, and RKVY.  Deputy Chief Minister, Prestone Tynsong has been allocated East Khasi Hills; Home Minister James PK Sangma, South West Garo Hills; Health Minister AL Hek, West Garo Hills; Transport Minister Sniawbhalang Dhar, Ri Bhoi; Fisheries Minister Comingone Ymbon, East Jaintia Hills; Tourism Minister Metbah Lyngdoh, North Garo Hills; Education Minister Lahkmen Rymbui, Minister West Khasi Hills; Revenue and Disaster Management Minister Kyrmen Shylla, Minister, South Garo Hills; Sports Minister Banteidor Lyngdoh, East Garo Hills; Urban Affairs Minister Hamlet Dohling, South West Khasi Hills and PHE Minister, Samlin Malngiang, West Jaintia Hills district. A minimum one meeting per quarter is to be held in the districts allotted to the Cabinet Ministers in the year 2019-2020.
