In a shock to TRS former MLA and former RTC Chairman Somarapu Satyanaraya on Tuesday resigned from the party. Satyanaraya has been away from the party activities from the last Assembly elections.
He was defeated in the recent elections by an independent candidate V Chander Rao, who later joined TRS. According to party leaders he was not keen even on the membership drive of the party. Satyanaraya is likely to take future course of action after discussion with followers.
