Tourism Minister V Srinivas Goud on Tuesday said that the two new buildings of Secretariat and Assembly would become icons of Telangana. Addressing a press conference here at TRSLP office, Srinivas Goud said that the Congress party was deliberately opposing every step taken by the government. He said that while Congress party leaders sold away lands during their tenure, the TRS government was creating assets. 
"We are creating great assets. It is not correct to say buildings are constructed for Vastu. The Congress leaders will appreciate after construction," said Srinivas Goud. Goud said that these new buildings would not be used one by KCR. After 30 to 40 years, these buildings would be used by people of Telangana, he said.
