CLP leader Bhatti Vikramarka compared KCR rule to Tuglaq citing the construction of new secretariat. The Congress leaders visited the secretariat on Monday and said that the buildings inside secretariat were perfect in quality.
Later speaking to media, CLP leader Bhatti Vikramarka claimed that construction of the secretariat is not the chief minister's private issue.
