CPI secretary charges KCR with undemocratic practices

CPI state secretary Chada Venkat Reddy on Thursday called upon people to protest against Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao for his “undemocratic practices and for suppressing the opposition parties.”
During the district CPI executive committee and council meeting in Karimnagar town on Thursday, he flayed the Chief Minister for “forcing leaders of opposition parties to join the TRS and thereby diminishing the existence of opposition.”
Charging the TRS Government with making a mockery of democracy, he stressed on the need for opposition parties and intellectuals to educate people to fight against the “undemocratic practices” of KCR-Government.
