Assam chief minister Sarbananda Sonowal on Thursday made a review of the four-lane works of national highways going on in Sonitpur district.
During the review, the Chief Minister expressed dissatisfaction over slow progress of four-lane works of National Highways in the district. The chief minister further instructed the general manager of NHIDCL Rajiv Sharma to take necessary action and terminate contracts of all non-performing contractors at the earliest.
