Chief minister Pramod Sawant said on Wednesday that Goa’s industrial sector is plagued by multiple problems from inadequate power and infrastructure to poor investment and bureaucratic red tape. He was addressing local industrialists at a Vibrant Goa summit.

Sawant said that his government was making an effort, along with support from the Centre, to resolve the issues, especially single-window clearances and time-bound approvals.
