SAD president indicted, must quit, says GK

Former DSGMC president Manjit Singh GK today demanded the resignation of SAD chief Sukhbir Singh Badal after his name figured in the SIT report on sacrilege and police firing incidents of 2015.
GK said, “I had resigned from the post of DSGMC president after the police registered a complaint levelling allegations of financial irregularities against me. I dare Sukhbir to step down as party president since the SIT has indicted him,” GK asked.
Addressing a press conference, GK said in the Lok Sabha elections, all candidates of the SAD were defeated, except the Badal couple. “Instead of feeling ashamed, Sukhbir is beating his chest over it,” GK said.
