The Chief Minister of Meghalaya, Conrad Sangma has pledged an amount of Rs 1 crore from the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (CMRF) to the victims of Cyclone Fani in Odisha. 

In a press release issued here on Friday, Conrad Sangma, “on behalf of the people of Meghalaya”, has expressed solidarity with the people of Odisha in wake of the destruction caused by Cyclone Fani.
Accordingly, the amount of Rs. 1 Crore from the CMRF of Meghalaya will be transferred to the CMRF, Odisha to help in the ongoing relief works in Odisha.
