AIADMK will disintegrate after May 23: K.S. Alagiri

The AIADMK government would fall on May 23 when the results of the elections are announced, and Narendra Modi would not be the Prime Minister from that day onwards, Tamil Nadu Congress Committee president K.S. Alagiri said.
In a statement slamming the Prime Minister for the many failures of the BJP-led NDA government over the last five years, Mr. Alagiri said it was a foregone conclusion that the BJP rule would be removed on May 23.
“Congress president Rahul Gandhi has said Mr. Modi would not be the Prime Minister based on ground reality, after the four phases. Whatever attempts Mr. Modi is making at diverting the voters’ attention, are all failing. Every day, just like the way he changes multiple clothes, he is spreading different rumours,” Mr. Alagiri said.
The TNCC president said the people of the country were growing tired of his utterances and would teach Mr. Modi a good lesson. “When the government changes at the Centre, there will also be a change in the government in Tamil Nadu. After the polls, the AIADMK government will not exist. Not only that, a situation will arise where the AIADMK will disintegrate and the party will become an empty cage,” Mr. Alagiri charged.
