Prime minister Narendra Modi on Saturday said for Congress all the mamas (maternal uncles) are bigger than country that assist them in serving their interest. 

Modi, while addressing a rally in Gohpur in Assam, stated that Commander of Ahom kingdom, Lachit Borphukan has famously said that Mama is not greater than country. “However for Congress maternal uncles are bigger than the country. They have several of them like Christian Michel and Quattrocchi.”
