With the recent scenerio of agitators opposing the Citizenship (Amendment) Bill staging black flag protests across Assam, pPeople wearing black or carrying any black cloth on them were kept out of Janata Bhawan in Dispur.
As per media reports, restriction was apparently meant to rule out any chance of a protest at the Janata Bhawan.
The security guards were seen checking the belongings of the visitors and barred them from entering the premises carrying “anything” in black colour.
Anybody coming to the Janata Bhawan with any black material will not be allowed to enter the Janata Bhawan.
